I have an 8′x10′ tent and I think hers is a bit smaller. $50 a piece. cool!We are also planning on arriving sunday night or sometime monday depending on the traffic and are happy to help with the set-up!

Did you find anyone to share a rental or ride share? I fly in noon on sunday and fly out of reno on wedns.
So i would be happy to contribute and just get a motel for tuesday a cab ride from the airport.-

Here is our kitchen volunteer schedule: Friday lunch clean up from 1-2, Friday dinner prep from 5-6:30, Saturday dinner service from 7:15-8:45.
